MBTA and SAV Zoning will increase risk of the loss of Historic Homes VOTE NO!
While we can't say for sure historic homes will be destroyed because of the proposed zoning change.
But we DO know that if the zoning is passed, it will allow a developer to put in the order of 10 homes on an acre. And that the minimum price for a new home in Acton is in the range of $700K
Based on our calculations, ALL existing homes valued under $800K with a quarter acre or more of land will be at risk.
